1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed with Raavo through this website, WhatsApp or in person. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our refund policy and delivery policy.
2. Orders & made-to-order
Every piece is made to order to the size, wood, polish and fabric you choose. Placing an order on the website is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once we receive your advance and confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We may decline an order, for example if a design cannot be built safely in the size requested, and will refund any money received in full.
3. Prices
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include free delivery and assembly inside Lahore. The price on your order confirmation is fixed; later price changes on the website do not affect it. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before production and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment
- Orders of Rs. 50,000 or more: 40% advance before production, balance on delivery.
- Orders under Rs. 50,000: paid in full before production.
- The advance is paid by bank transfer (or a listed mobile wallet) to the account shown on your payment page. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account that is not shown there.
- The balance is due when the piece is delivered and you have checked it, by cash or bank transfer.
5. Production & delivery
Production times shown on each product (usually 15–25 working days) start the day your advance is confirmed. They are our honest estimate, not a guarantee; we will tell you early if anything is running late. Delivery details are in our delivery policy.
6. Natural variation
Solid wood is a natural material. Grain, knots and colour vary from plank to plank and from the photos and swatches on this website, and wood darkens slightly with age. Fabric shades can vary between dye lots. These are not defects.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, the courts of Lahore will have jurisdiction.
